Store Policies

Take 2 Distributing has the following business policies in effect:

Past Due Invoices
Invoices that are past due are subject to a $35.00 per week finance charge.

Items that have been ordered and shipped:

All refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received less a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and any costs associated with returning the product to Take 2 Distributing will not be reimbursed. Refunds (minus appropriate fees) may be requested within 30 days of order; customers that wish to return product, after 30 days of order, will receive an in-store credit.

Items that have been ordered and paid for, but not yet shipped:
Customers that wish to cancel an order that has been placed (and have submitted a credit card or other form of payment) will be assessed a 2.5% fee for the cancellation of the order.  The 2.5% fee will be applied to the total cost of the order (product, shipping, & handling).

Customer Shipping:
Take 2 Distributing uses UPS to ship product to customers worldwide.  Take 2 Distributing will work with customers on alternative shipping options, should they desire to use another carrier.

Handling Charges & Third Party Shipping (or Customer Shipper Number):
Customers that require Take 2 Distributing to use their FedEx shipping number will incur a $3.00 per box handling charge.
Customer that require Take 2 Distributing to use their UPS shipping number will incur a $1.00 per box handling charge.

Take 2 Distributing offers the following Repair Policy:
Pricing guns and pistols grip tools purchased NEW from Take 2 Distributing are available for repair at the cost of $16 for each pricing gun and $15.00 for each pistol grip tool. Shipping charges to Take 2 Distributing is the responsibility of the customer as will shipping charges returning the repaired tool. All repairs are performed at the site of the respective manufacturer; therefore, 2-6 weeks is the expected processing time for any repairs. Customer Email Addresses
Take 2 Distributing sends promotional announcements to customers that have purchased from our website. If you do not wish to receive special discounts, please send an email to sales@take2distributing.com or opt-out of the email upon receipt.
