Take 2 Distributing offers the following Returns Policy:

Items may be returned to Take 2 Distributing upon attaining a return authorization number. All refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received less a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and any costs associated with returning the product to Take 2 Distributing will not be reimbursed. Take 2 Distributing offers the following Repair Policy:

Pricing guns and pistols grip tools purchased NEW from Take 2 Distributing are available for repair at the cost of $15 for each pricing gun and $12.50 for each pistol grip tool. Shipping charges to Take 2 Distributing is the responsibility of the customer as will shipping charges returning the repaired tool. All repairs are performed at the site of the respective manufactuer; therefore, 2-6 weeks is the expected processing time for any repairs.
